Excellence service Mycar
Our car Mitsubishi Pajero was broken down due to broken pipe on the cooler. We got fast and excellent assistance and response from the Mycar road side assistance, the towed truck came within half an hour. Our car got towed safely and smoothly. Mycar Kardinya got the car fixed within a day.

Customer service was great and work was completed on time as promised.
Price of work was approx 25% cheaper than that quoted by my usual service provider. Will be going here in the future.

A very smooth process
I was able to book and pay for my car's service online. I received a message a couple of hours after I had dropped the car off, advising that it was ready for collection. It was a very smooth process. No issues, and friendly, professional staff.

From the moment I called for a quote to…
From the moment I called for a quote to the moment I drove out with my new tyres the service was outstanding.
The fact that they looked up the best tyre price and beat it was awesome. Even when I accidentally ordered the wrong tyres they just sorted it.

I found this service to be rushed
I found this service to be rushed. I wondered if they even did the service. The shortage of staff meant they were closing the store early and it appeared to be run by juniors, so my confidence in the quality of work was low.
