Staff were efficient, followed my requests and gave me a detailed explanation of my car.

Both Geoffrey, the manager, and Mick the head mechanic are impressively competent, informative and courteous and go to great lengths to accommodate the needs of their customers particularly during times like the Christmas New Year break which are challenging in terms of availablity of parts and reduced hours.

Professional from the moment I inquired to the time I picked up my car . 4 new tyres replaced in the timeframe I wanted (car was actually ready earlier) . I will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and family.

Quick turnaround on the tyre replacement. Courteous service and they fitted me in, which was very generous. I am very appreciated with the tyre guarantee, which provided me with a replacement tyre free of charge.

Service with a smile
The Mycar Katoomba team are all polite, friendly and helpful. I had my car serviced yesterday and forgot to mention the remote key battery needed to be replaced as did the rear windscreen wiper. I popped back today and these were fixed in minutes - service with a smile - thank you 🙏
