I have been using MyCar Keilor Downs for a few years now without any problems. I organised my car for its yearly service. And was advised by MyCar staff that I needed new tyres.
I was told that they had tyres worth $280 in stock, or I could wait a day and get some cheaper $160 tyres.
I chose to wait a day for the cheaper days.
When I arrived the next day to pick up my car, I noted that I had been charged $245 per tyre.
I thought this was an honest mistake and politely asked the staff to have a look.
I was shocked and appaled to be treated so poorly, being called a liar and them denying ever quoting $160 for the tyres.
They told me I could pay the full amount, or they would remove the tyres and replace them with the unroadworthy ones that they had taken off.
I was shocked, and did not want to drive with dangerous tyres, having no choice but to pay the full amount. All my four family cars use MyCar Keilor Downs, and we will never return there.
I understand mistakes can be made with quotes, but to be treated in that way was truly horrible, and I suggest your staff are properly trained in customer service.

l took my car in 4 a service,the staff did a gr8 job on my car.the car was back 2 me promptly and found the price very reasonable.l will use them again

I had received a quote from another tyre supplier. I contacted MyCar and they beat the price. The service at Keilor was old fashioned customer service, and the Manager (sorry I did not get his name) was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely return to Keilor and recommend them.

They replaced my irreparable tyre within hours. Quick and efficient. Thanks Team.

In the past, with KMart, when giving my car the requested service, I was phoned if other items required attention. This time I was only advised about this when I collected the car, thus having to leave it one more day, requiring 2 taxi trips, as you were short staffed.
I fully realise mechanics cannot clean their hands every five minutes, but I think it would be a great idea if at least the steering wheel were cleaned after service.

Hi was very pleased with Mycar at Keilor Downs, they fitted me in at the last minute, were very helpful, I purchased 4 new tyres and was happy with the service they provided. I will be recommending them to family & friends.
