Customer service is awful as extremely difficult to hear when calling the number of the store. I had a wheel alignment done and it is worse after the alignment than before the alignment. I couldn't get them to take a look at the tyres because I can't book online with a European car and can't hear them because they use a poor quality handset or something.

Fantastic service, I dropped my car off at 10am and was told it would be ready 2:30/3pm, but then got a call from school that my kid was sick. They rushed the job for me (replacing all 4 tyres) and it was ready to pick up at 1pm instead, and they asked if my daughter was okay as well! Very friendly, very helpful, and feeling much safer with new tyres.

First time I serviced my car and was told some parts need to be replaced. Singh advised that they don't have the parts and will let me know the next day. I didn't hear back from him and I called the day after. He told me that he will send me the details by email. He never did. I called back the next week and was advised that he will be back in two weeks.

I highly recommend MyCar Tyre and Auto. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right tires for my vehicle. They provided excellent customer service and ensured I got a great deal. The installation was quick and professional. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back for future tire needs!
