The guys at kirwan My Car have always provided me with good customer service. Upon dropping by last week, a staff member came out to my car when requested and had a good look, provided me with information, and was eager to help me book the car in to have new tyres

Politeness and attentiveness of the personnel, even though they were short-staffed. Were realistic in the time they said the RWC would take. Cost given as well as what would happen if the RWC 'failed'. They were just decent young men.

Service was done on time.
All my questions were answered and explanations were easy to understand.
Advice given was excellent.

The work was completed on timw. The safety check highlighted a future problem that will require fixing at the next service

I punctured a tyre when i was about to leave town. MyCar fitted me in within 10 minutes notice. The staff explained why I needed a new tyre instead of repairing the puncture. I asked lots of questions, they answered with patience. It all made sense. They got me back on the road we quickly. I was so impressed with their service I will be taking my car in for it's next service.

Despite giving a weeks notice my tyres hadn't arrived but I was very impresssed with the offer I was given for another brand but was annoyed that the brand I was givien as a substitue was not on a tyre care plan.

Rushed there after work to get an indicator bulb replaced,no waiting no hassles,in and out in ten minutes,highly recommend these guys.
