Great customer service as per usual

Booking online was easy. Tyre was great. However, some things to note, which take away one star:
- Online booking system allowed user to book sessions of 12:00pm to 1:00pm. In reality this is their lunch time and we were only told when we brought the car in. So we had to wait till around 2:30pm before picking up the car.
- The booking system suggested that 'many people also do wheel alignment at the same time' but this is optional. However, when you get the the shop then they advise you that it will affect warranty if you opt-out wheel alignment.
- Steerling wheel was very dirty when we picked up the car. My wife could feel the grease when she was driving home. Then she took a paper towel to wipe the steering wheel and yes it was very dirty.

I am a single older lady and have had my car serviced at My Car Knox for several years now. The staff have looked after me with honesty and integrity. I recently had the experience of getting a roadworthy in order to sell the car, and they helped me deal with multiple problems with patience and kindness. They supported me with accurate advice and did it at a very reasonable price. I am very happy to recommend My Car Knox.

I had a problem with my alternator. They said that they'd have to order a new one & replace the battery. I said that I didn't need a new battery as I'd only replaced it in October 2024.
When I went to collect my vehicle, 4 days later, they said that I didn't need a new alternator, that a wire had come off, so they fixed this. They still replaced the battery. I said that I didn't need a new battery & told them this, at the time. He told me that when they checked the battery it was dead, so they replaced it. Of course the battery would be dead, if the alternator wasn't working & that they just should've charged the battery, especially considering that they had my vehicle for 4 days. I've since charged my old battery & it works fine. I want them to change the batteries back over, they can keep theirs & I want a refund of $289.

Efficient,friendly, courteou

I purchased 4 tyres of 205/60/R16 pirelli tyres. They installed one 205/60/R16 and one 205/55/R16 in front and the same was done for rear. Luckily I felt it when I drove the car and managed get it changed. I had to spend an additional hour to get this fixed. The installer must check this before installing it.
