Zac ex student from my workplace/school worked on my car. Great to see how far he has progressed as I was his teacher and Careers Adviser. Prompt service to keep me on the road.

The guys were so helpful and didn't mind that I had park further away.
Please put on someone at reception it's so hard to get an answered call.

Starter motor died and had to get NRMA to get it started. Took to MyCar straight away and they got it sorted. Big thanks to the team at Lismore, NSW.

My wife Haley had the family car serviced on Thursday - they were running late so we had to pick the car up Friday morning.
They didn't put the dipstick all the way down. Oil leaked all through. Driveway has multiple stains. I checked out the car and put diptsick in properly on Saturday Afternoon. We didn't drive the car all Sunday, in case it wasnt the dipstick, I thought they might not of put the filter or plug in correctly..... So considering we are a family of 6 meant we didnt leave home that day.

Haley drove car in @ 8:30am Monday. (I had checked the oil level and it was 85% full) - We need this car and thought it would be unlikely my car would tow our car in for us.
What my car did for us:
Inspect car first thing Monday and cleaned oil mess on car.
They gave us a bottle of degreaser and said spray it on oil and pressure clean off.
We have done that - unfortunately our driveway hasnt been sealed in recent years so those oil stains are very noticable on our coloured driveway.....

My wife Haley thought of using my car because it is conveniently located close to Lismore Square. Well after that experience would you use my car, probably not. Its a shame because all the staff are so lovely.
