Great customer service from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up.

It went well, but I was very disappointed with the way pricing was conducted, charged and approved.

I booked for what I thought was a 60k service and online it was quoted at 400 - 500. I booked over the phone as I wasn’t sure which exact one I should book since the km were in between two ranges.

I was given a form to sign and all the inclusions were the same across the different types and so there was no indication that it would be any different. When I then came to pay I was quoted an extraordinary 700+ which is just insane. Next time if you think it is going to be a major service it should be called out or calling out at the start this is the expected cost would make the experience much better

Good same day service. Tire puncture repair. A small job, but they fitted me in that day, and did the job well.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Service was excellent. I arrived to pick up my new tyre without notice and they fitted it straight away.

Fantastic service! I was driving to Macquarie Centre to do some shopping and I heard a ticking noise from the back. I stopped and found a screw in the rear passenger side tyre. I went straight to Mycar Macquarie Centre and the guys were able to fit me in without an appointment and repaired the puncture while I was shopping. They also gave me some advice about a new Continental ContiSeal tyre that is able to self-seal punctures, which I will consider when the tyres are due to be replaced. Great experience.

I have used mycar Tyre & Auto at Macquarie Centre for 2 years now and so far quite happy with the service there. Got all four tyres changed along with the latest log book service and all is good. The oil change filter kept popping up on the dashboard at one point but it was quickly resolved when I went back to ask about it. Thank you!
