Ive used these guys for 5 years now. Roberto and team always do a fantastic job. They always remember my name, as well as always taking an interest and always having great rapport. They know my car and I completely trust these guys. I always leave with that warm feeling that ive been looked after and not ripped blind by someone. They always tell me what's going need doing and what needs to be done to pass rego. I can't think of a better team of lads to go to to get my car serviced.

I recently took my vehicle to MyCar for a transmission issue. As a female I dread taking my car to the mechanics but I spoke with the store manager Rob and he explained what the issue was and provided different options for the repair and explained the pros and cons of each. The store was quite busy but Rob was friendly and took the time to ensure I understood my options. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend MyCar Macquarie centre and will definitely be back.

The whole experience of getting 4 new tyres a wheel alignment took less than an hour. I had explained to the Manager that I needed the work to done asap as I had a very important meeting to go to. Exceptional service
