Reception staff are
I don't know what happened top Sean and Dylan from 4 months ago when I left a positive review because they were so helpful but things have changed. The male on reception had no idea that it was my first service there and was in a huge rush to explain the service protocol and fees to me. On pick up, I seriously do not know what I paid for apart from an oil change and oil filter. Checked my lights - really do not need to be a mechanic to do this. Road test - drove around the car park and did not notice the car pulling to the left which I reported when I booked the car in. But sadly that wasn't written down so that one slipped by, 4 mths after new tyres and alignment. Reception male didn't even know that I had had a tyre change and alignment done. Windscreen washer? Why? I HATE windscreen washed additive now I have to figure out how to empty the tank and refill. Blacked my tyres which I did not want to pay for - it's included - really? Well I always thought time was money but then left greasy hand prints all over the drivers door. TOTAL RIPOFF IN MY VIEW and I will not be returning.

Great Staff, Great Service

All done within time specified
All done within time specified, tyre pressures good, I did not like them pushing a wheel alignment to mention it once was enough, the tyres on the car showed no signs that a wheel alignment was necessary.
