Friendly staff, great prices and awesome service

I went there for a basic car service. I had an engine light alarm on in my car. They didn't clear the alarm which would just be a normal process of a car being serviced at a mechanic shop. They didn't even bother to let me know.

The customer service is great and I am loving my new tires and the feel that my car has now, makes it feel like its brand new. They did a wonderful job with the little time frame I had given them. And they gave great advice on other things involving my car. I highly recommend mycar for any car related problems.

Both Mitch and Cameron provide excellent service and I always leave feeling confident I've had good value for money.

The service was good but the corporate pricing is very disappointing. If they are going to have top level pricing they need to present as a top level workshop.
Car is fine but pricing is disappointing.
The receipt did not have a full description of what was completed on the service it was all summarised.

Another 5 stars to Mitch and the crew at MyCar Maitland. They are always such a friendly and professional team and nothing is a problem, just a solution to be found.
