I am greatful, and very appreciative of the consultation process and for being able to get the work done on my car on a Saturday. They were very attentive towards getting back to me and giving me the details on what had been done. The friendly courteous staff was fantastic and will be delighted to use them again. 😀

I had 3 tyres replaced a few months ago, they didn't inform me about their puncture repair policies and when I had a flat soon after getting new tyres, I didn't think to call them because I wasn't informed of the service. They also didn't seem to notice, when putting 3 new tyres on, that my brake pads & brake discs were worn and would need replacing in the near future - they could have told me this, and booked it in. This was only realised in the most recent visit, where I was visiting for some other pre-arranged work, the store manager took it upon himself to do a full roadworthy check and proceeded to quote me up to $4000 worth of work that was required for my car that's barely worth $5k.
We paid for the $300 service, and got all the extra work done elsewhere for under $1000- I am not sure what the point of overquoting me was, because I was a repeat client and now I wont go back again. They made a point of needing a new rear brake light globe (I already had spares and they don't cost $18 a globe, and I can do it myself). They also charge $155 per hour in labour costs.

Great experience!! I've purchased tyres & had rhem fitted. Also had my service done & at a cheaper price by several $$$ compared to Davidsons! They have fitted me in in the days & times that suit me. They also recently fixed my puncture, short notice & it didn't cost me anything! I will definitely be a return customer to the Mildura store! Thank you for making it easy for me!! Customer care was above & beyond!

New set of tyres was recommended by staff at Mildura. 9 months later a tyre was found with a crack through the sidewall.
Staff who originally sold me the set of tyres remembered serving me.
The team at Mildura was friendly, and professional. They asked me to bring the vehicle in for inspection and a replacement tyre.
The replacement tyre was covered under warranty with no fuss.

Very trusty and easy to go to. Just dropped my car off there and it was ready even earlier than I had expected. Lovely people that do care about making sure your car is safe and that you will be satisfied.
