Great service all round
Great service all round. The manager and mechanics were easy to talk to and happy to discuss any concerns I had. I appreciated that they gave me a heads up on tire replacement without the common pressure to have it done on the spot!!!

Still waiting for a call once issue identified!
They have identified the issue with my car, I asked if they can fixed and they said yes but they had to check with BMW when the spare parts would arrived. They promised to call me and let me know the lead time and roughly the cost. It has been more than a week but they never called me. I doubt they will. The person just wrote my number in a piece of paper, which probably is in the bin now
