I normally have my car service and…
I normally have my car service and necessary parts replacement at Sunshine Mycar tyre & auto shop. Customer service is excellent and the information provided regarding the repair and replacement needed was genuine. They are extremely accomodating and helpful to suit my individual needs. In addition, they are all very professional and respectful.

During servicing my car they have bended in my left side of my car. When I asked them provide cctv footage but they didn’t had any cctv camera around there.

Tyre repair
The original tyre purchased was lodged under the wrong registration. Upon returning to get the tyres fixed, the staff couldn’t find my records. We spent nearly 30mins trying to resolve this. The team member wasn’t friendly or helpful, they came across rude
