I was pressured into making a tyre…
I was pressured into making a tyre alignment service. I was told the balding tyres in front is because of the misalignment. Upon reviewing the alignment results, the before and after results were in green for the front axle which makes me wonder why I still need to pay for the service since the before result were obviously fine. Seeking clarification from the front desk staff wasn’t helpful as I keep getting talked down on or talked over. The service technician also explained what happened but I wasn’t convinced why I still need to pay. In the end, I decided to let it go and pay it since it’s only $60. This might be the last time I visit this Preston branch or possibly any other MyCar center as the previous visit’s experience weren’t good either

No thorough detailed work done
No thorough detailed work done, likes to drag my work all the time. Even though I have been with MY CAR long way, they never try their best to make my work done properly. They never do the final drive once job done. They need to make sure they have done it properly with final drive after finishing job. And I drive, I get into problem as they have not done it well. I am raising the issue. Please make this as a priority. You have to take this to higher authority and solve or discuss the issues.
