Friendly service, took car back after getting a screw in tyre wasn't sure if it had punctured it, was removed thankfully didn't puncture the tyre and was done free on their tyre care plan

Did a great job
Did a great job. Had a bit of rattle coming from the engine, after being serviced, the case is back to crisp and smooth. No more rattle either.

Won’t be back
Used them for years, they are Good if you only want a service, anything more don’t bother. Asked them to call me with any issues so they could fix it then and there. 2 hours later get a text to pick up car, they didn’t even fix the complaint that I went in for… just wrote it at the bottom as an item to be fixed. Like hello!! This is why I came in!! Not impressed at all. Won’t be back!

Lost the customer connection
Would have liked a call with the other things found wrong so I could opt to have some of them fixed. You have lost the customer connection, that was the only reason I chose MyCar over others, disappointing. Also, when I dropped my car off the receptionist seemed more interested in getting rid of me than actually listening to me.

Respect and ethics are not dead like my blinker was!
I drove in off the street with my blinker dead and within moments it was fixed, and I was back on my way, with a minimum of fuss and cost.
It is so hard to find a good mechanic these days, but it looks like I found one with the ethics and morals that I have been looking for.
