Prompt friendly helpful customer service

The receptionist is polite, the process easy. The best part is the accountability of My Car knowing that the work is guaranteed and new parts 24,000 kms provides confidence.

Easy to book, great location, opening hours are so I can drop my car in before work and pick it up after or drop it off and wander the shopping centre while I wait. The lady at the desk is helpful and explains things without being condescending. Servicing price is comparable to the fixed price service offered by the dealership where I bought the car. Invoices are detailed with cost itemised. Mechanics go out of their way to make sure they have covered all my concerns.

Thorough and efficient service at a great price. Booking reminder messaging is helpful/ appreciated.
