I like that I can book online and choose a time that suits me. The staff at service counter are always polite and on top of things. The garage looks clean and well organised and most importantly my car is looked after and what needs attention is taken care of.

I booked my car for service and registration last week.I bought new tyres last year and the rotation and balance should have been done free as mentioned when I purchased them.
When I went to pick my car,I ask the gentleman if they have done the rotation of my tyres.He answered"yes"
Before dropping my car for service,I put a mark on the two back tyres and theses tyres were still at the back,so the rotation wasn't done as certified.
I rang when I got home and the gentleman told me to come back and they will do it.I wasn't impressed to be lied to.!!!!as I wonder what else hasn't been done!!!!

Great price on tyres, great service. Tyres got put on wheels without any damage to my perfect wheels.
Balancing perfect, wheel alignment dead straight. No issues will go back again for any tyre needs.
Took a while to get started on car from booking time but thats expected. Very happy

I appreciate the service being completed in a timely manner and very professional follow up call to advise on the findings and suggestions without being pushy or coming across upsell-y but what I don’t appreciate is books/ headrest being thrown around the car with little to no regard, i.e battery cover in the boot was left unclipped and sitting under the boot mat + manual for the car was also later found in the corner of the boot (always kept in the service folder in the glovebox where it was taken from). Yes little things I know but just the attention to care makes me question how the car was looked after in their possession throughout being left with them…

From making the appointment to picking up my car everything went perfectly! The staff are friendly and very efficient! Also my car was ready 2 hours earlier than expected!
