Customer service from start of booking to fitment of my tyres,, well done MyCar Holland Park

They booked me in for 11am the previous day for Saturday when they close at 12. They called me in the morning to bring my car in earlier as they wouldn't have enough time. Which I did. But this should have been considered when they booked me in.
The sourness of the experience was the man behind the counter was too serious and not friendly at all. To his credit he said 'thanks for brining the car in earlier.' But other than that, not friendly at all. Needs better customer service skills.

The service was great and the management are friendly. My new tyres look and feel good.

Friendly efficient and helpful

Excellent customer service!! Well looked after from start to finish. Was also able to drop off my vehicle the day before and have them keep it in the workshop overnight, safe and sound. The car needed a little bit of TLC and everything was attended to, with 2 new tyres and the aircon re-gassed as well. Very happy with the work and service.

Honesty and being kept in the loop re unexpected repairs. Expected just a logbook service but much more work needed. My only concern was the greasy hand marks on driver door.
