Rating would have been 5stars but whoever put my spare back in the hatch did not put the tyre changing toolset in the wheel well under the spare wheel.

great communication, friendly service. would say there’s a few things they could improve on such as filling out logbooks correctly and accurately, cleaning up after being in your vehicle ( putting things back the way they found it), having an option to rent a car to you while they service your vehicle, and giving more detail or insight into the problems found within the vehicle as listed on paper so customers that aren’t familiar with vehicles know what problems they have to deal with and when they should be fixed.

Quick and easy. Completed what I asked and called to update me on any other issues before going ahead with it.

I found the team, prices and location excellent. The job was done to get 4 tyres and wheel and alignment relatively quick. I'm coming back everytime as I'm treated very well. I was helped getting what i need close to my budget.

Great service and communication the whole time, gave me great advice & was understanding about my financial situation.

They didn't inform me of their findings after the service until the next day (which is the weekend). Battery failed test - Imagine running your car not knowing that it will unexpectedly stop at any moment anywhere.
Gasket leak - okay. Were they supposed to clean it before or after changing the oil?
There's a lack of clarity on what to do next, and it's leaving you unsure if your car is still safe to drive.
