I wanted a diagnostic check to correct engine check light. You did one apparently. There was an obvious problem with an ignition coil which if followed up would have revealed faulty rocker cover gasket. Nothing was mentioned on my copy and the gasket problem was not picked up or acted on at all till myself and a mate did our own check back in Snowtown. So in other words i feel that i paid for an obvious lack of your check procedures and lack of an obvious check item. To say i am totally pissed off would be an understatement.

Well.... when you specifically ask for the more expensive option because you want that specific thing done, and it's not done. Poor form! I paid $60 extra because I really needed a balance and rotation. I did not get a balance & rotation, despite it being on the invoice... why is it so hard to find a good mechanic!?! How hard is it, charge for a b&r, do a b&r... it's not rocket science!!! Oh well. Onto the next mechanic to rip me off...
EDIT... Well seeing as my rotation and balance wasn't done, thought I'd check the rest. Sump plug now leaking, spot lights and high beam not working (not noted), Clutch fluid below the low mark, diesel tank leaking (not noted), catch can not emptied, oh and a few oil leaks that were noted, but told nothing to worry about. Well I worry about them! I'm just going to get another service from another mechanic, I really have trust issues now.

The wife after shopping at Munno Para Shopping Centre today came out to her car and found her battery was dead flat.
After asking the Mycar team could they help and with no hesitation they stopped everything to go and help the wife start her car and get the frozen goods to the refrigerator with no spoilage.

I took a punctured tyre to them today.
the tyre had been on rim for 2 years.they looked very busy but repaired the tyre within an hour and did not charge me for the repair.as they said the repair tyre for free for the life of the tyre.awesome work well done all happy.
