Great friendly service

I have used Mycar for sometime now and have also used them for my sons car in Penrith and Katoomba. I have move and recently went to the branch in NOWRA . I took the car in for uneven wear on the tyres that were under 20,000 kms. The assistant manager was very helpful and was perplexed that they had worn so much in such a little time. There had been a wheel alignment a couple of months after the tyres had been fitted and they had been rotated. He said he would refer this to his manager and that i would be called early in the week when he had spoken to him. This is really when the dissatisfaction occurred.
1) After having no communication from him I went back into Nowra on the Wednesday
2) Upon initiating the conversation about the tyres he started to flick through a bundle of papers from under the counter and couldnt locate them.
3) He looked at me and said "It's your suspension" then put his head back down and continued with his computer. ...That was it ....full stop
4) he did not look at the car, he did not look at the tyres, he made no assessment from the actual tyres.
Needless to say I then went to JAX Tyres who provided me with not only tyres that were less expensive but they did a check on the suspension and advised that it was all OK. So the managers assumption that it was the suspension was totally just a statement to get rid of me. Well he has done that now FOR GOOD, as well as my sons car that I maintain.

I have been going to mycar for a few years now and have always found them to be professional, honest with great customer service. If something needs fixing they explain everything and tell you the cost beforehand, no surprises.

The staff are always helpful. They get the job done quickly, usually much earlier than they say
