Took my car in for a service as mycar Palmerston, unfortunately I felt like the customer service was quite bad. The front desk person barely spoke, was cheerful or happy, just blunt and plain and seems like he couldn’t wait for us to leave. He didn’t tell me when the boss would be back so how can I get an estimate on how much it’ll cost for the repairs needed that they found. Don’t think I’d go back

Always easy to deal with and they don’t take advantage of me. I thought i needed brakes but it only needed the service i was booked in for. I think it was the fluid top up.
