Good store service phone system sucks.
Service was good and team in store were great. I don’t like not being able to easily call the store directly. It’s a pain having to do the automated message every time only to explain things the people in the store know. Also not a fan of your online booking service. Takes 10 minutes for something that’s a 30 second conversation. You want my business but you also want me to do all the work. Location was convenient otherwise I would have gone to a store where a person answers the phone.
