Fantastic service and price
Fantastic service and price. Very grateful to have a My Car closer to home. Brad was brilliant at offering advice on the best tyres to purchase. New tyres were fitted earlier than expected. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience
From the first phone call i made to book my car in, the staff have been friendly and courteous. Access to the store was easy and there is ample parking. Communication after the job was completed was great.

Initial quote was wrong I was quoted…
Initial quote was wrong I was quoted -$260 to fit four tyres and wheel alignment. Yes that’s right Mycar would had to of paid me. call centre representative did not know about online promotions. Was told a 1.5 hour wait that turned into 2.5 hour wait. Mechanic was not customer orientated or friendly. But overall work was fine.

Very Happy Customer
The fact that Brad from the Parafield Gardens store welcomed me by my given name as I walked in the door . The friendliness of the staff was very commendable. My car is very happy with its new tyres .

Saving nearly $200 for 4 tyres makes a big difference, friendly staff, prompt service and convenient location.
I will definitely consider mycar Tyre and Auto for tyres in the future.

Friendly service. Great communication - I was called about the problems needing to be fixed and given advice on what was most important and what could wait a little longer. Reasonable prices and everything done on time and at the cost quoted (actually a little under the initial quote)
Will definitely use them again.
