Customer service was great from the time I booked the car in and to the time I drop it off and pick the car up.

Friendly professional staff,always up front with everything,they fixed a problem that i had for ages,great for servicing your car aswell, highly recommend 👌 👍 😀

I thought the customer service was fine, just kept waiting while the counter person had at least of 5 mins discussiom with a staff member while I was waiting to book in, from my experience, the customer should be considered first and internal business discussions held later. Matters requested for action during the service were not advised upon vehicle collect, I had to ask the counter person, a better post service summary of repairs or otherwise needs some improvement.

Needed my drivers side window regulator replaced urgently as l was unable to fully wind up the window. The team was able to replace the old regulator and motor the following day at a fair and reasonable price. Great service- well done!
