I wanted to share my recent experience with Mycar Auto Shop and recommend a few tips for anyone planning to visit. First, it's best to call ahead before heading to a Mycar Auto Shop, especially over the weekend, as they tend to get booked out quickly.
After getting turned away at MyCar Southbank, I rang Brunswick Mycar, and the staff were kind enough to check for the next available appointment at the closest store, which turned out to be Preston.
I dropped my car off at Mycar Preston for a tyre puncture repair, but unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed. Daniel, who assisted me, recommended a mid-range tyre, and I decided to replace all four tyres. Daniel was extremely helpful and clear in his explanations, and managed to replace the first two tyres in under an hour. I've booked an appointment for next weekend to get the remaining two tyres replaced.
Also, if you purchase two or more tyres, it comes with a tyre care plan, which is a great deal and they accept AfterPay too.
I definitely recommend Daniel at Mycar Preston for his exceptional service. Plus, there are cafes nearby where you can wait while your car is being repaired.
