An unexpected repair came up in my car and the guys at Redbank explained everything clearly for me to understand. I really appreciate the indepth communication when I struggled to understand what went wrong and it was a timing thing of three things all at once. Which felt so overwhelming. Mycar Redbank was very thorough finding the three problems that matched the symptoms. They weren’t able to fix the third due to a part being delayed but did a temporary fix and assured me it was safe and if I needed help with it again before the part arrived that I can just stop in in anytime! Thanks mycar Redbank for being supportive having great communication skills and not being intimidated by my stress or emotions. My car is my lively hood hence why I needed to get back on the road asap and you guys made it happen! Thank you 😊

This is the second time I take in my car into the Red Bank My Car. Both times they were very friendly and helpful and both times they managed to get me in at short notice and at a time it was suitable. Really happy with the pricing and the service that I got for stock

I have been at Mycar at redbank plaza numerous times and I have found them to be very helpful and professional. They have gone the extra mile when I have needed anything. I feel confident that they will do a good job and they have advised me that I can go back if I have any further issues.

They did not fix the problem that I have mentioned because they did not use the scanner. I paid $590 to check the things which did not have issues.
