Shout out to the guys at Redbank tyre and auto. I visited recently with an issue and the guys were only to happy to help out. I went for a coffee and before I had finished it they rang saying my car was ready to go. Thanks to the manager and his team for such prompt assistance.

Left my car messy after doing cabin filter

Waited 15 minutes to be served by an older man who didn’t seem to like his job, was told I’d get a call when it was ready, never got one, went 2 hours after the selected pickup time (online booking) and car was ready, again older man at reception seemed angry/ stressed when he was telling me about my service his response was, well the cars just old what do you expect, when I asked about the clumped oil that he mentioned his response was, I don’t know anything about it, it’s just not something we do here.
Not sure if this guy was just having a bad day, or if he normally isn’t at the front desk, but definitely wouldn’t recommend him at the front of your store. Haven’t been to this location in years, and the service isn’t enticing me to return

Happy with the prices. Easy to book in. My car is running well. So glad to have the fan replaced...nice to have temperature control again. Thankyou MyCar Redbank.

Since the first time I serviced my car in this branch, I never gone anywhere else. They’re professional and great at what they do. The manager even gave me a good discount to help me out on my big bill to replace parts of my very old car. I never had a problem with my car, thanks to them. Driving my car after the service always feels better than when it was brand new.
