Amazing Team - very supportive and helpful

Went in expecting to have to book an appointment. Didn't have to, was asked if I could leave my car with them, for an hour. In less than an hour, they has fixed the problem, no drama.

The team were friendly and great to work with and were very understanding of traffic delays when I was going to be a few minutes late for my appointment

Came in to have a punctured tyre fixed. Very polite staff who dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and was considerate to the fact I had my two young children with me at the time.

What made my experience so good was that when I called in relation to having had a flat tyre, the person on the phone was polite and professional. Most other places would just try to get you to buy a new tyre however I was told they would try to repair it however if they couldn’t they gave me the cost of a new tyre. I would definitely return to MyCar.

mycar quoted well in advance and were honest about their tyre deal which I ignored until too late! Had two tyres done they persuaded us to have the wheel alignment for which we are glad we agreed. The service was very efficient and convenient to the shopping centre.
