Having had a brake service on my mini, l still had a warning light on the dash. I called the Rouse Hill store who quickly responded by asking me to return the car the following day. Josh checked the car and quickly diagnosed a different brake sensor causing issues. He came up with a solution and resolved the problem with promptness, a full explanation and offered it all at no cost. Amazing service. Thank you Josh and the team at MyCar Rouse Hill.

I would leave no stars, but that's not an option. I came in for a rego check/pink slip because it was local and they insisted I pay $1600 for a miscellaneous problem. Then they told me I also had to replace the control arms which would be $3000. I took it somewhere else because by now I was skeptical and my new mechanic replaced the brake pads, problem fixed, and said there was nothing wrong with the control arms. Now I doubt the original $1600 was also unnecessary. I would NEVER go back here again. Be try un-trustworthy. Either that, or they know nothing about cars and are diagnosing on a whim.

Grant from My Car Rouse Hill is the best. He is the most obliging, helpful and courteous man ever to deal with. Nothing is a problem for him. Have seen him several times with my elderly Red Toyota Corolla and will continue to use this branch for servicing. I don’t live in the area but the service given to me is exceptional. I just want to give a shout-out to Grant and the team at mycar Tyre & Auto Rouse Hill. Recently, my rear right brake light bulb burnt out, so I popped in without an appointment hoping to just buy a replacement globe.
The manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He immediately offered to replace it for me on the spot — at no charge — with a big smile and genuine courtesy. I was thoroughly impressed by this level of care and generosity. In a world where many businesses charge you for every little thing, mycar went above and beyond without hesitation.

As usual I wasn't surprised by the excellent customer service provided at Rouse Hill My Car.
I had a very short wait before my pink slip was completed. Hats off to the young lady at front of house for her warm greeting on such a cold morning.

The wheel alignment , balancing and rotation was very fast and was done in less than 30 mins. So barely any wait time. What was disappointing was there was absolutely no explanation or hand over comments on how things were and what was done. It is important to know what was done . Since this was prepaid , I was just handed the invoice and car key.

My dealership service centre does better where they show me the report of what was before and after alignment and explanation of rotation and anything that they noticed like wear of tyres etc. there is no cost advantage to come to Mycar and of service is poor too, I will look elsewhere now.

They purposely had disconnected my dashcam by pulling out power cable when they drove into service bay! This with hurried service with zero communication makes me wonder if I chose poorly by going to them.
