⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The BEST mechanic experience I’ve ever had – Mendo is incredible!

I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am for the service I received from Mendo at MyCar Shellharbour yesterday. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every single way. I came in needing quite a lot done, and he handled all of it with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.

Mendo completed my full Essential Plus Service (with Ultrax engine oil), replaced my engine oil filter, performed a vehicle road test, battery test, tyre inspection with rotation, brake inspection, scan tool check, topped up my windscreen washer additive, and managed all workshop consumables. On top of that, he did my NSW Registration Inspection (pink slip), carried out a wheel alignment, replaced both my air filter and fuel filter, and even fitted a brand-new high-performance MyCar battery.

Not only did he explain everything clearly, he made sure I understood what was being done and why — something I truly appreciated. He made me feel comfortable, never rushed, and treated my car with real attention and respect. He even made my tyres shiny, which honestly made my whole day. It’s the little things that show how much pride he takes in his work.

My car feels completely different now — smoother, safer, and running better than it has in ages. I walked out feeling relieved, confident, and genuinely looked after.

You don’t come across people like Mendo very often. He’s knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and truly cares about his customers. If you need anything done — a pink slip, a service, repairs, or just someone trustworthy to look at your car — Mendo at MyCar Shellharbour is the person you want.

This is hands-down the best service I’ve ever received, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

They genuinely care.

They genuinely care about their customers. Above all I have found them to be honest. I needed Rego and also wanted new tyres and they were booked out until the following week. Yet they were able to fit me in on the only day I could come. The best part is they were able to fix my car, ahead of time, and txt me it was ready for pick up. It's driving better than ever. I can truthfully recommend mycar Shellharbour.

Shannon was a legend

Shannon was a legend, we had called 40 minutes ahead of time and he was able to fit the car in to get spark plugs and coils replaced, had them done within 2 hours! And we were back on the road by 5pm. Thank you guys very much

Great service at MyCar Stockland Shellharbour

I received excellent customer service. MyCar let me know what needed doing and gave me a quote.
They are in a very convenient location at Stockland Shellharbour as I was able to attend several appointments without having to go to and from Stockland Shellharbour. My service was completed in a timely manner.

Great Experience

Fast, reliable and honest. Advised when car was not worth the repairs. Excellent service and good communication. Replaced with a new car and had them look over the new one and service it.

Poor service experience.

Booked my car in for a service 2 weeks in advance. Get there on the day and get told they can’t do the service due to mechanics taking a long weekend! No heads up at all, took the day off work for it! Not good enough. That’s not how you build good will for a business. Ordinary.

Friendly and honest staff. Willing to go the extra mile

Booked my car service via AutoGuru. Pretty smooth process and no extra fees. Honest and really friendly and approachable staff. Then upon returning home our other car had the check engine light come up, and I called to see if they could squeeze in a quick test and they did it for me. Really really grateful for the advice and the service provided. Will definitely come back and 100% recommended.
