I made by line my appointment, this was perfect, all the information I needed was there, leter the personal attention was excellent. The prices reasonable, inspection and recommendations acceptable, thanks.

Good location, easy to book online, on time. The team were meant to inspect wiper blades and advise options but that was missed. In the booking motes but i gorgot to remind on the day. Next time!

Very helpful with tyre puncture. Polite and efficient.

I dropped a tyre that was deflating very slowly repaired. I spotted a nail in it after removing and inspecting the tyre myself. Upon arrival the service manager spotted another nail so it was arranged for two repairs, and subsequently paid for. After collecting the tyre and replacing it at home I noticed that the nail I had spotted had not been repaired. I took it back the next day and the second repair was conducted. However, there were no apologies for the mistake. No apologies for the inconvenience. Just a parting comment of "that should keep you out of trouble". It was as though nothing had happened. So now I wonder how many other repairs are not actually carried out.

Booked my Suzuki Swift in for a wheel alignment and service, on arrival, the guy at the reception promptly told me that spark plugs are $99.00 EACH, I promptly told him I was NOT paying that for spark plugs, they weren't due to be changed until another 12,000 klms. I settled on $49.00 EACH, which is still far too much.
Apparently the staff get a cut of the spare parts, no wonder they pick the most expensive. I will never use them again.

Fantastic service from the workshop technican Steve. He check and advises the tyres we requested is unsuitable for the vehicle. He arrange to get the correct tyres and able to perform the work without changing the booking.

The only let down I’d is speaking to a call centre consultant when booking the job, lack of knowledge and worst experience he had a continuous screaming child in the background during the conversation that sound so painful

No frills. Sorted out a plan to maintain the engine after 2 missed services which wouldn't cost me the earth - did not give me a serve for missing them. New brakes as requested are good. Car running really well post service, considering my "neglect".

Lindsay squeezed me in and found a part for my boot that wouldn’t open and fixed it for a fantastic price

Outstanding customer service! The guys were really busy, but still managed to change my 4 tyres & do wheel alignment on my i30 by 11am, ensuring I could make it to lunch with an old friend. Thanks so much, guys! That’s why I keep coming back: you look after me, my car…and my social life!

The man waited for me to arrive at MyCar Sherwood while I got the bus from work, to pay my bill and collect my car, when he was due to finish for the day.

It is always hard to find a good mechanic and these guys being local were really good I must say. Very efficient, affordable, and kept me up to date with the progress of the work throughout the day. Definitely use them again, and would recommend.

I like the communication, in that they ring you to tell you what extra needs doing besides a service. Also quote you a price so you can expect how much to pay. I like the way they explain what is wrong and how they are going to correct it.
