I came into Sherwood garage unexpectedly with a fan belt issue and Lindsey helped me immediately. He was able to take a look and fix the problem and offer me great advice. Excellent, will defo go back there if and when needed! :)

Always excellent quality work and customer service MyCar Sherwood. Recently had a punctured tyre, took it in for repair, was still under warranty so cost nothing and they even lifted it in my boot for me. You guys are awesome, will always recommended.

For over 12 years I’ve serviced my car with Kmart Auto and now My Car. Never again after the utterly disrespectful and disgusting customer service from the manager. Jack the previous manager was brilliant and I wrote a review about his outstanding leadership and service previously. Literally the manager had no compassion or understanding of my personal circumstances and in fact the many years of using my car meant nothing. He was aggressive, rude, no empathy and justifying why he couldn’t compromise. He could have put my car before others, being the manager he has discretion but didn’t want to exercise it to help me. I have a stalker violent ex that I’m very scared of so I try to not go without a car because he may really hurt me. I have my second of 5 year DVO orders and my kids are vulnerable as well when I dont have a car. He didn’t want to listen. Just told me his a single dad and too bad and for me not to use it as an excuse. Don’t use my car Sherwood, it’s a man’s world and only if your single dad like the manger who I felt the full force of aggression and sarcasm and his physically a big man and so he won’t consider a woman’s safety in prioritising serving your car. Why do I have to disclose all this. My car my advice to investigate my complaint and move him to a location where he has no women he has to serve. He was nice to the man I observed him serve but not me. If you want to be treated with respect because we spend a lot of money on cars, don’t use My Car is my advice. Definately if your a single mum don’t go to Sherwood my car because he is rude and has no understanding of women’s safety and why I need my car and I have trauma from being stalked and nearly killed. Is there a mechanic that understands how scary it is to not have car? I’ve moved house many times and had to change my mobile number because stalkers find you and I managed to stay with the same machanic but the manger doesn’t care didn’t ever ask why I started to panick, everyone is normally understanding but he didn’t want to know. I started by saying I’m a single mum and I need my car for safety reasons but he launched into his I’m a single dad. Don’t use My Car especially if your a victim of domestic violence and abuse because the manager will be aggressive, not understanding and provide a safe service for women.

Got the car serviced. I notice the difference (good) when driving now.

Let my car serviced in Sherwood my car and I was told my two front tyres were flat. And I recently changed my tyres with mycar (Viking) and it got worn out within a year. I was told I will be getting a call from service center manager on replacing my tyres considering the change of tyres within a year. But I did not get a return call. After 10 days I call them back and they said it cannot be replaced under warranty or something. The manager said me they will give 15% discount on replacing tyres.

MyCar Sherwood is the best. The customer service is alway great and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. So much better than Nissan service. The guy who processes my payment and took me through what needed fixing was excellent.

Very quick service, booked on the day and managed to get me booked in for 4 new tyres - even tidied up my tyre change tools that were in my boot and put them away for me and disposed of used tyres

Turned up late in the afternoon with an emergency puncture and they were extrememly helpful with information about the procedure and my options. I was one of the lucky one who (didn't remember at the time) but bought my tyres from them which included a free puncture fix in which they honoured and got me back on the road to the Gold Coast in 20-30mins. Really appreciated their service and communication. Highly recommended.
