Would have given 5 stars except...
Told them I wanted BYD firmware upgraded on online booking form.
Reminded them when car was brought in.
Was told it was done on car service completion.
Get home and its not been upgraded.

I had a puncture repair completed.
Was quoted over the phone that it would be able to be done at a an 11am booking time and would take approximately 1 hour (ready by midday)
Arrived onsite approx 10:50 to be advised that multiple vehicles were in front and that it wouldn’t be completed and ready for collection until 1:45pm.
Person onsite was apologetic but indicated time communicated were poor.

The puncture repair failed and the tyre went flat that afternoon causing me to need to change the tyre.

Dropped the car off at the appointed time. It was ready to pick up exactly when promised. The tyres themselves (Kuhmo) have significantly reduced road noise and are performing as hoped. Great price as well as the tyres were part of a 20% off promotion.

Great service and pretty efficient and helpful.

Ease of appointment, simple communication and straightforward process from start to finish. Saved me likely thousands than going to the manufacturer service centre.

Quick and friendly service.

Fitted an incorrect part to the wiper system and probably wasn’t required.
Will need to go back and I am concerned I will need to pay further costs to obtain the correct parts that should have been fitted.
