The process was easy from start to finish - from the online quote through to my two new car tyres. They pointed out a couple of other things that were noticeably wrong with the car, but there was no pressure to have them fixed there. I will however and will be utilising their services in the future. Happy first-time customer.

Jessie was able to diagnose my breaking issue quickly and did not just blame the break pads like previous mechanics had. He took the time to explain what was happening and did not take advantage of the fact that I am a female, unlike majority of other mechanics.

I have been a client/visitor to your South Perth outlet for a number of years now. Even though there’s been a progression of managers over that time they have all been exemplary except Jesse. Now you May question that comment but let me explain. Jesse is by far and away the BEST manager I have experienced for customer care and service. What ever you do you have to KEEP THIS GUY..

After years of putting up with inflated prices and poor quality service from my local car dealer, I switched to mycar at South Perth and couldn't be happier with both the price and the quality of the service. Over the last couple of years I have had a few reliability issues with my 14 year old car, and Jesse and the team have been superbly helpful in getting these dealt with - often having to respond at very short notice. The most recent issue with my steering pump was uncommon, and Jesse went above and beyond in getting the information required from Subaru to make sure that it was resolved properly. Always friendly and communicative, they are a pleasure to deal with. If I could give them a 6 star review, I would.
