Cutting corners and taking customer for Grantedn
Hi
I asked a couple of questions around what was done on the car and the responses were not very reassuring.
(1) Asked if the battery was checked and what was the voltage : Response was its OK. You can change battery next time or when starting becomes a problem!!
(2) Asked if the wheel rotation was done : Response was its not always required to be done. Log book clearly says it was to be done.
They stamped the log book .
Not sure what else has NOT been done.
Bad customer experience when you can clearly decipher someone has taken you for a ride.

Exceptional service
The boys did an excellent job. Service was impressive and they went above and beyond. My experience with customer care was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service centre particularly Rob and Darryl.
