They were happy to price match one of the opposition on my tyres. Courteous and helpful through the whole process. All proceedures carried out in the time they stated.

Staff are very polite and professional .
Fixed my burn problem the next day after it went into Limp mode.
Definately recommend this branch for quality service and repairs.

The service on the day was great, only disappointed that we still havent received the quote for the extra work that is needed. The guy did say they were running behind with quote. But this is literally $'s that you are missing out on.

The service was great and friendly. However it would’ve been good to receive a verbal handover on the cracked radiator I wasn’t aware of. If I hadn’t checked my invoice and noticed it on second page in tiny print I wouldn’t have known and continued to drive car around thinking it was all good

This was our first time having our car serviced here at Strathpine. The staff were very friendly and treated me with respect. I'm a woman. Some places treat women as if they know nothing. The service was good. Only took 3 hours. We paid for a wheel alignment. We will certainly be going back there for the next service

Fantastic service!

A week before my service I had bought a BRAND NEW OEM spec air filter, went for my service and they told me my air filter was VERY VERY DIRTY and may need replacing soon, among a bunch of other "fixes" that may need to be done soon, after that they had told a family member that they need new tires and an alignment because they didn't know the wheels were a month old and had absolutely perfect wear so far as we had taken back to the tyre shop for a fact check and they proved everything was perfect, don't recommend as they will always say something is wrong and try to get extra money please don't go here if you want accurate reports and results.

They don't push things you dont need and their pricing is amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The staff are a lovely bunch who always explain things in a clear and concise manner. For those of us who don't know much about cars, thats a valuable part of the service.
