The mechanics are very honest
The mechanics are very honest. They did not try and upsell but took the time to properly investigate the problem and discovered a lower cost fix. Car returned to me the same day. Very grateful!

Brad (manager from Sunbury MyCar) got the tyres that I needed in the next day and had them fitted within minutes. Super low price also. ALWAYS fantastic service from Brad. We always use him for all our vehicles. Highly recommended !!!!

The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist in finding the best price for my tyres. On the occasions when I’ve had concerns, they have kindly offered free advice and checked my tyres at no cost. I’ve consistently found them to be honest, fair, and committed to providing great customer service.

A genuine warranty
Replaced my tyre for no charge…under the 12 month warranty….was damaged due large pothole
