Poor Communication and Disappointing Customer Experience
The person at the counter was great, but unfortunately I did not receive proper communication regarding my car inspection. For example, when I gave my car for the rego check and it failed, I believe it would have been better if the staff had clearly explained why it failed and what needed to be done to fix it. Instead, I was informed much later, which wasted a lot of my time.
I also felt the service was a bit expensive. I have been a loyal customer to mycar for a long time, so this experience was disappointing and honestly hurt my confidence. Because of this, I am now considering shifting my business elsewhere.

Fast and excellent service!
Great experience! I went in for a registration safety check and was really impressed with how quick and efficient the whole process was. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything easy and stress free. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and they got everything sorted without any hassle. Highly recommend if you’re after fast and reliable service.

I messed my days up
I messed my days up, and my rego was running out at 12pm that night, but the guys here were not having that, considering they were already booked out…slipped me in, but the drama didn’t stop there I had to be at work all day and couldn’t get to my car in time, again these guys went out of there way to make sure I got my car🫰 man you guys saved the day THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, just gained a lifetime customer…boom just like that 🤜🤛👍
