I was 120km away from home and having issues with my car's steering, I stopped in at the Tea Tree Plaza store, the guys fixed my car up with a couple of new tyres, they had to order and go pick up the tyres from a depot. They had great communication, and I was able to get my family home safely within a few hours (we went shopping). Thanks guys.

Friendly team, fast service who speak in plain English. Explained issues & presented options for solutions that were reasonable. MyCar have several buy now, pay later options that made it easy to ensure my car was safe now. Highly recommend the team.

Took my Holden Cruise in for a coolant leak issue. The staff were able to perform a pressure test, diagnose the issue and provide a reasonable quote to fix the issue within a few hours, even though they were down a few staff and very busy.

The work to complete the repairs was done super fast and with no additional expense within the same day!

The crew are very accommodating and flexible, which is very important to me for customer experience. The value of the work done is very comparable to the car company's own service work and you don't miss out on a 12-month roadside assist either! I feel no need to shop around with the service I am currently receiving from this fantastic bunch!

The team are very attentive, educational and friendly.

Service was quick, however the team advised I had to leave my car all day, so to get a call after 3 hrs asking to collect, threw my plans. The service was fine, the call for additional work was detailed and explained well. However, the cost for one of the issues identified was inflated by 300-350 against a competitor for the same work and parts. Will return however will always shop around as well.

Mycar TTP have been looking after our Dualis (tyres and servicing) for some years and the service in all respects has been without peer. With the complexity of the modern car, it is necessary to trust the staff that they are looking out for and fixing any issues. We have been totally satisfied with the service received.
