I highly recommend Brady at My Car Templestowe! I expected to buy a new tyre, but he honestly repairs it, saved me $159, worked for 30 minutes, and charged me absolutely nothing.
He is incredibly kind, honest, and also has the most exquisite, natural eyebrows i have ever seen. Hands down Perfect!
He went above and beyond and has earned a Customer for life.

I’m a senior citizen , widowed …had a flat tyre and found out I needed 4 new tyres , from RACV ….not exactly my area of expertise …the young guys at Mycar templestowe looked after me wonderfully ….efficient, polite , helpful …made the whole process trouble free ….I would recommend mycar templestowe if you want to be looked after by a company that values its customers …

I dropped in with a flat tyre. The service was second to none. Rim off, no obvious problems. Checked in water bath, no obvious leaks. Tyre off, no problems inside. Wheel had recently been repaired, so it will go back to repairers. My spare wheel was fitted and I am on the way. Exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful, thoroughly recommended

I dropped in late on Friday afternoon with a suspected puncture, and Brady had a look and repaired it straight away! He couldn’t have been nicer! I really appreciated the great service.

I came in with an issue and they were able to sort it out. All with a friendly smile.

We were able to book an early appointment, car went in immediately and 4 tyres fitted and front end alignment done very quickly.

Took my car with brake issues in to MyCar. I was told over the phone that my car was not serviced properly last time (even though that was done by MyCar) and that it was going to cost $2250 to fix on top of the service.
Another mechanic has fixed it for $900 and said that the lower arm control ‘issue’ that MyCar ‘found’ was not actually an issue.
Unfortunately, to be quite frank, as a young woman, I feel like MyCar was trying to take advantage of me.

Great service, very communicative with updates throughout the day as they replaced my brakes. Much more affordable than other quotes I was given, and no surprise costs at the end!

I had my car log booked serviced at $380 which was quoted before my appointment, I was informed my tires were shot which I knew, the customer service was outstanding and communication was excellent, the only reason one star missing was due to DHL not delivering my tires the same day of service which made a second visit the next day.
If you want a local deal on your car for service this is the place to go, highly recommended

Alex and the team are always open and honest about car services and what is and is not required. I have always been very satisfied with their services.

Despite the Store being very busy the service provided was exceptional with attention to detail.
