Called up late afternoon due to screw in my tyre. They book in in next day and took only 30mins to fix for me. When I went to collect was told it was repair was under warranty as I purchased the tyres from them only 6 months ago. So that was great!

Peter was was wonderful discussing things that needed to be done nothing was an issue he made the whole experience getting my car serviced and communication fantastic

The guys greet you as soon as u come through the door. Will ring u if they I'd other things that need to be looked at. Very helpful . Tell u how it is . Don't try to rip u off. Will always go back

Gavin and the team at My Car TOOWOOMBA are absolutely amazing in all aspects! So friendly, helpful and they give you a detailed explanation of what's going on with your car.... As a single woman it is refreshing to know that they are there to fix your car at the best price possible and to walk you through the processes.

Cant say i am entirely happy. The tyres we wanted weren't in stock despite requesting then aweek before. Then after having been upsold we said no to a wheel alignment but they went ahead and did one anyway.
So after being upsold and given a service we didn't want or could afford, the car does drive well and I don't have bald tyres.

Friendly, knew what I was up for cost wise, recognition of being long term customer with a nice discount. Great advise provided with questions
