Got my tyres on black friday sale so really good price. I was told when I took car in it would be delayed an hour, but then had to wait another hour on top of that for an initial 1.5hr booking.
Reception guy was friendly and apologetic.
Lucky I had nothing else on that day.

Jack, who assisted me,went above and beyond in every way possible. He not only sourced the best deal for me but also managed to fit me in at the last minute, which I truly appreciated.
