Ken's customer service was excellent.
He squeezed my car in by a last minute request on the same busy day (a Saturday) to get 4 new tires fitted. Could not fault the process, price or service. Thank you Ken and the Tuggeranong team!

Good service, did not have to wait long.

I had my puncture repair done and they also fixed some plastic guards underneath that were hanging for nothing.

Every staff member I encountered was extremely polite, helpful and friendly!

No fuss. Job was done well and on time. Reasonably priced. The whole 'underground shopping mall car-park' location was a bit confusing for someone who never goes to the shopping centre but I figured it out quickly enough.

Staff member Ken was very helpful, service was efficient and done within the time frame he gave me. Also helpful about what will be required for the next service, so I can plan ahead, and keep my car in good working order.

Quite a good job done at a reasonable price. Also in a convenient location.
Only criticism is that the operator seemed miffed when I brought my car to the front of the office - told me not to park there. But there was no signage suggesting that cars booked for attention should not be lodged there. Clearer instructions to customers, guys!
