They were fantastic, we had a medical emergency while the car was in being serviced and they happily kept the car safely there until I could pick it up a few days later.
There is genuine care and compassion, plus they sorted out the issues with the car.
Amazing, will happily go back.

Lack of communication, no one to answer the phone, rego checks not available
Low on staff. Management needs to address these issues. Nothing against the people working there they just need extra support.

Absolutely amazing experience every single time we visit!.
Dave and his team always welcome my special needs son Tony with a smile, they never over charge me and after another mechanic almost wrecked my car by putting in the linking cables incorrectly leading to me taking off in 3rd gear, Dave and his team were quick efficient and saved me so much money thinking I had to replace my clutch when it was my linking cables that were put in incorrectly and adjusted wrong, as a single mum of 2 young kids and one that has a high medical need and use for my car to get to and from appointments Dave and his team had my car finnished within 4 hrs and back to brand new, smooth shifting and myself having the weight lifted off my shoulders! No stress, of having a car that was back to new, I cannot thank the my team enough they know what they are doing and are quick at it to and won’t over charge, the only mechanics I trust with my family car 🥹❤️

Had a flat tyre, went into Wagga MyCar. We’re happy to look at what I needed, which was two new front tyres. They fitted them and had me back to work in no time. Much appreciated!!!

The service rushed when dropping off at 8am and the car not being done update 30min before closing, fluid top up was not done, road inspection was not done, just drove around parking area, quoted $249 and was charged $289 will not be returning to this and will be going elsewhere in the future

They forgot to put the engine cover, they didn’t add additive wiper still charge me that, the team member is not friendly. Worst experience.

I just had an engine upgrade done to our diesel MU-X.
Should have come to MyCar first, but had been to 2 other mechanics who either refused or read me the riot act about how their system was better.
David was great and even though it took longer than I anticipated, he did the installation and wow, what a professional job.
Definitely, above any standard I expected.
Have never been disappointed yet.
