The staff are always listening to your requests & carry them out. The only item not carried out was the filling of the water tank into my wiper outlet which I needed to go back to have this done

MyCar Waurn Ponds were great in promptly booking us in to see if they could repair a punctured tyre that we'd purchased from them under their tyre care plan. Unfortunately the tyre could not be repaired, however, because the tyre was less than 12 months old we were covered for a new replacement, which was fitted same-day. Would highly recommend them for new tyre purchase and excellent after care service.
