Friendly, quick and excellent service
Punctured tyre at the shops- staff assisted promptly, fair with price, moved car for me, came and viewed the tyre to provide precise advice.
I had my 2 children with me so they changed the tyre quickly.

Andrew is thorough and knowledgeable
Andrew is thorough and knowledgeable. I trust his opinion totally. All other staff are courteous and friendly. Only issue on this occasion and it is one which was not their fault was that due to an unexpected issue my car was about an hour or so late past its expected pick up time.

Almost gave up as no one was answering phones promptly at either bokking in or checking if completed. I was on hold for 17 minutes! They wanted the vehicle for the whole day for a RWC.
