Log book service
Log book service, pink slip inspection, new tires and some other repairs were done to my satisfaction.
Manager was polite and helpful, and provided good advice and communication. The service was completed on-time.
The online booking service, however, is clunky and time consuming and they also, deduct the cost of your booked service from your account at the time of booking (which was just short of 1000 dollars, as I booked two cars for a logbook service) - this is no reflection on the site manager, but rather a head office issue, which should be corrected.
I was also promised a free annual roadside assistance policy for both cars, but have only received an email informing me of this for one of my vehicles.

Wyoming MyCar are great
Wyoming MyCar are great, all the staff are friendly and efficient. The customer service phone centre not so much. I'll continue to visit Wyoming for all future tyre changes.

Polite and efficient
Courtesy phone call the day before confirming my appointment. Fitted 4 new tyres, balance and alignment all within the required time frame. Very efficient. Highly recommended.
