Laptop arrived in very good time after order, professionally packaged so that no damage or mishandling by courier could happen. Was kept up to date with tracking. Had one question for mycheaplaptop and they answered promptly. Laptop is great, exactly as described and working perfectly. All in all, a 6* experience with this transaction, will definitely use again. Thanks.

Our organisation has brought 4 laptops at different times from this company. Very satisfied. The one we were disappointed in, replaced promptly we had to pay postage but gave us discount of the next one. We will continue to use them and would recommend. Laptops are as described and like the function you can custom make them to your requirements.

Swift despatch
Swift despatch. 1st laptop failed. quickly recieved a new conditioned one. However that one keeps telling me it's got errors and a corrupted microsoft. I also got glimpses of previous owner's settings. Uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft to no avail. So yes, swift service but laptops not totally cleaned and I feel uncomfortable. Will purchase a new and not a reconditioned. Sorry

We arew sorry that you are somewhat disappointed with your purchase.
First and foremost, we can guarantee that there is no "previous User" information stored on any machines in which are sold by us.
You may be relating to the "administrator" account in which has to be created in order to setup the PC. The PC is then reset under the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher program and is setup ready for 1st use for it's new owner where you have to accept the EULA and offer your details in order to log in.
All data on any item in which we sell is destroyed and certificated either by us or by the previous owner.
In regards to the errors you are seeing, this can be one of many things including virus or malware contracted while browsing the internet. If your item is experiencing issues, please feel free to contact us as although we do not officially cover software issues under warranty, we always want to help and would therefore be happy to help you with your issues either remotely or physically in the way of a warranty return if required.

Great choice and delivered quickly. Really happy with my laptop. Make sure you note the battery guarantee, because my battery is pretty rubbish, but no surprises. I got what I paid for and it was a bargain.

Great service & aftersales
Had 3 laptops from MCL and had great service everytime. Last one had a problem with windows loading and emailed them immediately and within 2 days laptop was collected and a replacement was delivered. Customer service is excellent.

The laptop failed to restart after an…
The laptop failed to restart after an update. I believe was an issue with the windows 11 upgrade that was performed. I had to wipe the hard drive and remove all portions before I could use a windows 11 boot drive to reinstall the software. An uninformed user would have been left with an unusable laptop.

Had a issue with the battery

Solid Performing Laptop
We ordered this Dell i7 Laptop to be delivered to our UK home, but then had it posted to our French home - this Laptop is proving to be extremely rugged, reliable and pretty quick too.

£1000 business HP Laptop for £379
Excellent experience all round. Website gave me all the information I needed to compare - I was looking for a business laptop and to maximise memory, storage and processor power for my price point - and gave me confidence to proceed. Email communications were prompt and reassuring and the laptop was delivered very quickly. Very pleased with the laptop it worked perfectly. It's cosmetic condition is very good with only a few small marks on the exterior - I don't mind at all - and the battery (my biggest concern) held it's charge all day - great! One slight niggle was although the laptop was very well protected in a bubble envelope in the parcel, there wasn't enough additional packaging to stop it moving up and down in the cardboard box - this didn't matter though.
Overall I got a £1000 business HP Laptop for £379 - great deal and service.

Excellent product and service.
Laptop was a reasonable price and delivery was very quick. Although the laptop was reconditioned, it looks and works like new. I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly use this company again.
